Virtual IT is a managed IT Services provider dedicated to keeping our customers' networks fast, secure and cost effective. We provide top of the line network support for small and medium sized businesses in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley area. Although computers are our primary focus, we are more than computer technicians. We are business advisors who aim to help grow a company by utilizing today's technology.

We are looking to add a seasoned professional to our team who is experienced in providing a wide variety of technical support for various desktop and server based operating systems. We work in a fast past, multiple-priority environment. 

The successful candidate can discuss and explain technical issues in non-technical terms that allows  people to be comfortable with technology.  They can successfully consult and communicate at the business level with customers on the value that the proposed IT solutions will have on their business. Additionally, they are well versed at providing clients with excellent customer service.

If you are seasoned at troubleshooting exchange servers, developing and implementing secure network designs, troubleshooting and/or debuging network-related problems, maintaining  network's authorization infrastructure and network backup systems, firewall configuration and management, can demonstrate innovation in mitigating and resolving technical issues, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills this position may be a good fit for you.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a BS in an applicable field (or equilivant years of experience), a MCSE certification, plus two or more years of applicable experience in the IT networking industry.
